Epala® I

The Epala III workshop takes the experience of the Epala I and II workshops and expands them to fully encompass your body, mind and spirit so that you can partner with the Epala herd with total freedom both at liberty, on the ground and riding.
During this 2-Day Workshop you will:
- Spend time with the Epala herd on the ground, riding and creating an at liberty partnership in the open spaces of our acres of pastures.
- Learn how your personality, limiting beliefs and intentions with horses are revealed in your physical presence and how horses perceive this.
- Learn to begin to utilize physical movement as a way to release blocks in your mind that keep you from partnership with the horses.
- Learn to have awareness of physical sensation as indication of when partnership has potential or it does not.
- Learn how the Seven Aspects of Horse/Human Consciousness exists as a physical signature in your body and how horses know and respond to this.
The Focus
The focus of the Epala III workshop is exploring and realizing the deepest connection that can be made with horses through becoming fully aware of the most subtle sensations of the body in contact with the horses. In this workshop you will come to understand that the physical you is a powerful messenger when creating a partnership with horses and through learning to release and restore the nuances of your physical self you will discover an even deeper connection to the horses.
What You Will Experience
Working both on the ground with the Epala herd and riding you will discover how the slightest of movement can influence how a horse responds. You will learn how shifting your perception of how you move your physical self in time and space can impact how the horses connect to you. You will realize that your body is a reservoir of information and intention and that horses know this and show you this when you are with them.
The Outcome
You will leave this workshop amazed at how much the horses have taught you about how your physical presence impacts and influences your partnerships with horses and your world. You will experience a sense of freedom and joy that you can return home with and recreate with your own horses and humans in your life.
